Emanuel Bosea, a full-time realtor, is glad to align his real estate business with Coldwell Banker, the leader in technology and marketing in the industry.
Born in Romania, Emanuel earned a bachelor degree in Physical Education and Sports in 2002 prior to moving to the United States. Upon arriving in the states, Emanuel worked as an electrician for 6 years where he learned all aspects of construction but also how to work hard, sacrifice and practice mental and financial discipline in order to succeed.
Working on both small and large construction projects taught Emanuel to recognize the characteristics of a property value and allowed him to understand and learn real estate literally from the inside out. Emanuel put his knowledge to work and believing that a person with a construction background is better able to understand the potential sources of value and risk in real estate transactions he became a small investor in real estate.
Prior to becoming a full-time agent, Emanuel pursued his passion for sports and health related science and became a licensed Massage Therapist. Working in the field for over 10 years, he built a successful practice in Highland Park. His business success is driven by his principles of hard work, understanding the needs of his clients, providing the highest level of customer service and integrity.
As a Real Estate Agent, Emanuel believes that listening to his clients is key in determining the right property for their happiness. He continues to apply his hard work ethic, along with key communication skills and his experience in construction to create success for his clients.
When Emanuel isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two wonderful children in their recently renovated Skokie home. He is an active member in the Skokie community and loves to strike up a conversation with all whom he meets.
